Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
At SocialBio, we take a privacy-first approach. We believe that your digital footprints belong solely to you. This Privacy Policy details how we handle data across all of our direct edge-AI generators.
1. Zero Database Storage
We do not operate backend databases to log, track, or index user prompts, roles, keywords, or generated outputs. The fields you input into the bio generation forms are processed immediately in-transit and are never saved on our systems.
2. Browser Local Storage Utilization
To enforce the daily allocation limit of 5 bio generations per platform without capturing your IP address, email, or physical location, we utilize browser-native localStorage. This limit tracking is kept entirely client-side on your device and is represented by simple key-value pairs (e.g., socialbio_linkedin_usage) locked to the current date. You can completely wipe this limit history at any time by clearing your browser cache.
3. API Request Safety
When you click "Generate Bio", the application makes a direct API fetch call to the Groq API completion layer. Only the form variables (your inputs, selected tone, and emoji preferences) are passed to the AI model. No identifying demographic records or hardware metadata are included in these requests.
4. Third-Party Advertisements
To keep our service 100% free, we partner with external ad-network widgets to display native banners. These providers may collect technical usage statistics or cookie details in compliance with standard network protocols. We do not share any data submitted into our AI bio configuration fields with these ad platforms.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to refine this policy to reflect platform updates or legal regulations. Continued use of our static tool indicates full acceptance of these privacy standards.
